He told me he want to be frank with me regarding this matter. We are suppose to have photo shooting schedule in June this year and have not decided which date to be our wedding ceremony. Then, all of the sudden, he said he has PHOBIA but don't know why!! Why does he feel so?I am indeed disappointed hearing this as I thought most of the couple will be looking forward on such a blessing event but seems to be a nightmare to him. Why do you think that he scare of Wedding? For your information, we are already registered, but yet to have any ceremony. Hope to hear from any of you because until now, I still feel uneasy in my heart.
| | WEDDINGS - your thoughts, your dreams, your wish and your views! | | Have you attended any weddings before? You can share any weddings! How about your own weddings, do you held it in a church, temple,
gardens, hotels or any wonderful or funny experience about weddings
that you would like to share?
Where you went for your 'honey moon'? If you have not married, what type of dream weddings you always
wish, and where you would like to have your 'honey moon'?Just my personal experience to share with you...
I always laugh when I think about it.. lolMy husband and my family members are from outstation. We have to
make sure those who do not know where the church is, have to come
to our house first. Then we will either convoy them or sit on the
cars provided for them. So we have to reach the church before 2pm
for the wedding ceremony and changing of vows. After that we have hi-tea reception, photos taking and rush back home
to change to go to a club for the dinner reception. The best part was
our 'wedding car and its official driver' went home to Subang Jaya to
refresh and change. By 7pm we have to be there to receive invited guests.Waited and waited, the 'wedding car' got caught in Subang Jaya
famous 'jam'..lol. That...
| | Can you share any cute incident in your marriage? | | In India toe ring is important for a marriage in Hindu custom. In my marriage, my sisters misplaced toe ring somewhere. When the Purohit (priest)who performs the marriage ceremony, was asking for that and me keeping my leg on the grinding stone (that is the custom) and waiting for the ring to be put in my leg second finger, these people were searching for that. Finally they got and like general movie climax, everything went on well. How about your marriage? Did any type of cute incident take place? | |
| | What do you think of not wearing wedding gown/suit in a wedding? | | I remembered last year, I went to a very special kind of Wedding Dinner. It was stated in the invitation card requesting all guests to wear anything in demin. Everyone was very curious about attending the Wedding Dinner. The bride who is my ex-colleague wore a very sexy bustier top with a mini demin skirt and her husband wore a vest with his jean. Nobody really mind that the wedding couple is not wearing the usual wedding gown and suit. I think what is important is the meaning and atmosphere of the wedding and of cos the presence of the bride, bridegroom and all the guests. So, myLotters, what do you think of not wearing wedding gown/suit in a wedding? Will it make a wedding less meaningful?o go to a club for the dinner reception. The best part was

| | She wanted a wedding in Mexico. | | A friend of mime has a daughter who had these big plans to get married in Mexico. The bride to be and her husband to be were going to pay for the wedding, like for the dinner, reception and all the other stuff for the wedding. The bad things about it was they were going to invite a ton of people. Everyone who'd be invited would have to pay their own way to the wedding and get their own hotel rooms! When the couple sat down and discussed it with both set of parents it was shoot down! The couple didn't think how money the guests would have to pay! Alot of the family would not be able or have a hard time affording this trip! So the engaged couple have changed plans and have been looking for a place for the wedding dinner and reception1! A most better idea and the parents are happy! Some couples just get carried sometimes! | |
| | Her husband got drunk and vomitted | | I went to another city last Saturday to take part in my classmate's wedding dinner party. We were so glad to see each other again after about 3 years. All people there were almost from the same university (we are schoolmates)and we were talking a lot, drinking a lot. Her husband was forced to drink too much by his roommates, and finally got drunk. Its about 1.5 hours' drive from the restaurant to their house and i went with them for i had to stay in their house for a night (my living place is in another city). On our way to their house, her husband vomitted! Besides my classmate and i, there were another two guys in the car: the driver and one of his coworkers. The new couple felt very embarrassed...The car was dirty and filled with bad smells, you can imagine.I was thinking, he should not have drunk that much though he was very glad to see old classmates and roommates again. In some special occasions people have to drink, but must know should not drink too much otherwise maybe will make some mistake and will have to suffer a lot from it.I never drink alcohol, so i never get drunk and dont know how it feels when getting drunk. How about you? When were you drink and how did... | |

| | One of My Most Unforgettable Moments in My Life--My Wedding Anniversary | | Hello my dear fellow mylotters, It is my seventeenth wedding anniversary today, December 31st, worth my memory as always. Seventeen years ago, my wife and I had our wedding ceremony in one of the biggest state-owned restaurants in the city of Ganzhou, which is my hometown. There were lots of our friends, relatives and neighbors attending our grand wedding dinner with my elder brother and elder sister toasting around together with us from table to table. My brother also helped take a lot of photos for us, but I am sorry that I did not have a digital camera back then and do not have those old photos in the computer. Otherwise I can have one uploaded here. After the wedding dinner in the evening, we were arranged by my elder brother to attend a dancing party in Gan Nan Guesthouse, also a large state-owned hotel as well as a first-class hotel in the city. We had a lot of fun at the party, dancing together till after ten in the evening. Then we got home. I will never forget that day when I finally finished my single life with the establishment of my own family. I felt so excited and happy then, a feeling never-to-be forgotten. We have been living together happily... | |
| | I wanted to jog this morning but... | | I attended a wedding dinner last night and the food was marvelous that I could not help myself from having a feast. I was really full by the time we left the dinner and I told myself that I needed to go fro a jog in the morning to burn off some of these fats.I set the alarm clock to 6am as that would be the best time to jog around my housing complex. At 6am I woke up and get myself ready for the jog. I looked around for my short running pants and I could not find it. I looked around for any other suitable shorts that I could use for running and I still could not find any. I asked my wife where are all my sport shorts and she said that all of them are not dried yet since it was raining the whole day yesterday. So, due to that I do not have any proper thing to wear and therefore, I could not do anything else but sits in front of my computer and exercise my brain and fingers on myLot instead. I wanted to go back to sleep but I am not sleepy anymore and furthermore, it is a beautiful Sunday and it would be a waste to spend it on my bed, sleeping...What would you do if you were me? Cheers! | |
