| | Food Tasting..., why only allowed after the package is signed? | | We have all seen various wedding banquet packages... and all of them come with a food tasting session where you get to eat one round of the banquet that you are gonna host.
ever wondered why the food tasting is only given AFTER the package is signed?I was sitting down in my study room, looking at the quotes of the various packages with my wife, when it hit me... Shouldn't food tasting be BEFORE the signing of the package? This is so that we can ascertain that the food is good before we commit to the menu... that is the whole purpose of the food tasting session, isn't it?
I mean, looking at the fanciful names of the dishes, one is expected to know what they look or taste like? blink.gif
Doesn't make logical sense, does it?But all the banquet packages available here are all giving food tasting session only AFTER you confirm the banquet package with them. That means... whether you like the food they offer or not, you have a done deal... you HAVE to accept the menu.
How come there is no restaurant/hotel that offer the food tasting at a price, that could be offset later should you decide to sign the package with them? That would make the whole experience a lot more fun when... | |
